MEET LIISA!

 

Liisa is a lifelong dancer and athlete. While seeking a physical activity that was not competitive, she found yoga. Decades, and more than 100,000 downward facing dogs later, Liisa leads yoga practices with a unique blend of grace, athleticism, and fun.

Her yoga classes are designed to help increase core strength, stability, and balance. Liisa has specialized training to serve the needs of older adults.
