5. Benchmarks & Measurements Form

Capturing, recording and tracking body composition measurements and 12-week goals will help you stay on-track. Download and print the LLZ Benchmarks & Measurements form. You will use it to document your starting baseline and 12-week results.

Follow the directions below for taking & recording your measurements. Be sure to record them on the B&M form and then store it in a safe place when you’re done. At the end of the 12-week program you will take your measurements again and celebrate your progress!

6. Measurement Guide

9. Take Your Progress Photos

It’s often difficult to see the day-to-day physical changes taking place with our bodies. Progress photos can show weight loss in ways body weight and measurements can’t. They can be an excellent tool for you to document and see progress towards your goals.
