Hi! My name is Kim Flores.

I'm the Founder and Creator of Longevity Life Zone. I'm passionate about health education and have dedicated my career to the development of wellness programs that incorporate a highly effective combination of fitness, nutrition, coaching, recovery strategies, group support and FUN. Before starting the Longevity Life Zone, I spent more than 20 years in the corporate healthcare industry and now enjoy leading the interval training for our clients.

Hi! I'm Fredo.

I lead the mobility and personal training for Longevity Life Zone. My number one priority is teaching clients how to perform athletic movements safely and correctly. I achieve this by incorporating stretching and conditioning mobility with the goal of reducing injuries and sprains. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness from ASU and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification, which allows me to address issues linked to joint fixation, soft dysfunction, as well as poor posture and stability of the body's core.

Hi, I'm Jacen.

I've worked in the field of rehabilitation and sports performance for over 7 years and received a Masters Degree in Athletic Training from Pacific University. After working in professional sports and outpatient orthopedic clinics, I started MooreMVMT to combine the practices of strength and conditioning with rehabilitation to create a unique, hybrid service that provides high level care to everyday people. I'll be assisting you in any aches or pains, and I also provide cupping, taping and mobility therapy services.

Hi! I'm Adrian.

I'm the Strength Programmer of Longevity Life Zone and have coached and programmed workouts for over 500 clients in the past 12 years. My speciality and passion lies in engineering specific workouts for individuals in their 40's, 50's and 60's. Our programming focuses on increasing bone density, muscle mass and strength. In addition, I also lead the body composition assessments to propel the development and wellbeing of our clients.
