Julie manages the Fuel for Performance nutrition program at Fit Phoenix. This is very important because proper nutrition is key for weight loss, increase in lean muscle, reduction of body fat, and improved performance in and out of the gym. Julie is well-prepared to work with individuals wanting to improve their quality of life, whether it’s to lose weight, gain lean muscle, reduce inflammation and pain, eat healthier or make nutritional adjustments due to a medical condition.
